The TECHEAD team will demonstrate “live” resume searches on MONSTER and show what “Key Words” a recruiter would use to search for a candidate for a job order. The seminar will cover:
Twenty-two years ago Phil Conein founded TECHEAD with his partner and wife Philise Conein. Using their wedding money as working capital, they grew their business out of their small one bedroom apartment into an 8,000 square foot building in Richmond’s Shockoe Bottom.

Phil Conein received his BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He serves on the RichTech Board of Directors and the Board of Directors the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Business Council. He is an active member and former member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Council of CEO’s.
