TECHEAD (an INC Magazine, "Inc. 5000" listed company 3 years in a row) is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Generalist, who is a team player with excellent people skills, to fill our growing orders and join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about finding the right fit for our candidates and clients.

To be considered for the opportunity candidate must have:

• 3-5 yrs experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter
• strong sense of urgency
• highly motivated with a positive attitude
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• excellent references from clients and candidates

Previous experience in the Creative or IT verticals a plus. Must be self-managed, a top performer and available to network and attend evening events. This position is on-site at our Richmond headquarters.
