Our client, a wholesale distributor of international electronic Brand
products, is looking for a Internet Brand Strategist. This person must be able to design and develop marketing content, with
international brand images, marketing Strategies for B2B and B2C. Must also be able to implement and execute strategies base on sound marketing
principals.
Position Description:
The Online Marketing Strategist will develop a comprehensive Web 2.0
strategy to re-position our clients online presence to grow sales and
lead generation opportunities, and improve marketing. Responsibilities
include the success of search engine marketing, social media networking
programs and other online marketing opportunities.
Essential Functions:
• Create compelling copy and art to communicate ideas and concepts to
potential and existing customers.
• To develop new online marketing projects such as email lead generation
opportunities and multi-variant testing scenarios.
• Develop reporting and measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness
of website and internet marketing strategies and efforts.
• Identify web tools, trends and best applications in the market for the
industry and apply these to create new strategies to increase website
traffic growth and enhance branding efforts.
• Coordinate with other corporate units such as Sales, and Finance.
• Oversee other content and functionality of the public websites.
Position Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a
related field and two to four years relevant work experience.
2. Understanding of website development, online marketing strategies
and search engine optimization and social media optimization.
3. Proven results using social media platforms such as Facebook,
Twitter, YouTube, blogging, and/or video sharing in a marketing
environment.
4. Creative strategist with strong project and relationship management
skills.
6. Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite, Photoshop, Indesign, HTML
Compensation:
Salary based on experience. Part-time contract with option to full time
with benefits.
