Job Description

Manages various project activities relating to the design and implementation of the Supply Chain Management Global Operating Model. This project is a significant, organization-wide change initiative with cross-functional and inter-departmental implications. This project will have a significant impact on the organizations' future Sourcing and Supplier Management operations and the organizations' ability to effectively deliver services across all Lines of Business and across all countries in the global Bank of America footprint. This role will require cross-organizational coordination, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Responsible for developing detailed implementation plan for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Global Operating Model. This should include a robust Adoption, Communication and Training Plan.
• Responsible for providing direction and leadership to work-stream leaders to ensure integrated implementation design and execution.
• Responsible for leading the implementation of the SCM Global Operating Model according to established and approved deliverable's.

Requirements:

• MS Office proficiency specifically MS Project/MS Excel, oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a heavily matrixed environment.
• Project management expertise.
• 6 Sigma Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.
• Experience leading global projects.
