RECRUITER III

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships with various target schools
• Manage Enterprise HBCU and line of business school teams
• Identify and partner with student groups, thought leaders and administrators on campus
• Manage and staff campus recruiting activities i.e. first round interviews and other strategic events including:
o Career fairs
o Resume review workshops
o Corporate presentations
o Mock interviews
o Club events
o Final round interviews
• Work closely with HR and LOB to manage the forecasting and school selection processes
• Manage enterprise brand on target campuses (as well as enhancing Technology brand for ET&D programs)
• Identify key placement of LOB leaders for maximum exposure
• Assist in overall campus diversity programming as needed including conferences or other external events
• Guide students through the recruiting process
• Manage school specific relationships and pipeline programs
• Maintain relationships with BAC Campus Talent recruiting teams to streamline candidate flow and ensure process excellence
• Champion candidates with LOB and Campus Talent team
• Effectively manage costs
• Participate in special projects and assignments as required

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree; 3-5 years recruiting experience (diversity recruiting is required, campus and technology recruiting are very strongly preferred)
• Sales experience a plus
• Interviewing skills
• Demonstrated influencing and persuasion skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking for internal and external audiences
• Proven project management ability
• Ability to travel - weekend attendance at events WILL BE REQUIRED. Travel costs are reimbursable, but are paid by the contractor up front
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Conflict resolution and negotiation
