Employee Benefits
As a TECHEAD employee, you may qualify for certain benefits.
We have outlined current benefits below for you review. These benefits may
change without notice. If you have any questions about benefits, please do

Paid Time Off:
Employees will earn 4 hours of P.T.O. for
every 80 hours worked within a calendar year. You must use all
of the P.T.O. hours in the year that you earn them as they will
not carry over into the next year. You must be employed by us at
the time in order to use your P.T.O. The client that you are working
for will not be billed for these days, and you must designate a
P.T.O. day or hours as such on your time log for credit. It is
your responsibility to remind us that you think you may qualify
for P.T.O. When you designate a P.T.O. day on your time log, your
P.T.O. hours and your regular working hours together in one week
may not go over the normal work week of 40 hours. A maximum of
13 eight hour
P.T.O. days can be earned in any given year.
Breaks in employment of over 1 month will render an employee ineligible
to use their P.T.O., and they will need to start over with us again
to start accruing hours for P.T.O. eligibility.
P.T.O. hours are designated to be used WHILE you are working with
TECHEAD, during a normal work week, for national holidays, personal
days, vacation or sick days. If your assignment ends, you are terminated
from your assignment or you leave your assignment, we will not
pay you a ‘lump sum’ for your remaining P.T.O. You
can use your P.T.O. hours if you have a break in employment that
is less than one month in duration between assignments with TECHEAD.
If your assignment turns into a direct placement with the client,
and you have unused P.T.O. hours, you will lose those hours if
you do not take them BEFORE you are hired by the client. Please
contact our payroll department with any questions about our P.T.O.
policy.

Free Software Training:
As a TECHEAD employee, you may qualify to take our software
training classes after working a certain amount of hours. Training hours must
be used within 90 days of the end of an assignment otherwise eligibility will
end and the cycle will start over with a new assignment. Please consult our
payroll administrator to see if you have enough hours to qualify for training
and for additional details.

Health Care:
Full-time Employees working at least 30+ hours per are
eligible to participate in TECHEAD’s group plan with Anthem. Eligibility
begins on the first of the month following your first 30 days of employment.

Dental Care:
Full-time Employees working at least 30+ hours per are
eligible to participate in TECHEAD’s group plan with Anthem. Eligibility
begins on the first of the month following your first 30 days of employment.

Disability Coverage:
After 90 days of continuous service (30+ hours per week) as a TECHEAD
employee you will be eligible to participate in our Short and Long Term
Disability Plan. TECHEAD pays 100% of the premium for this coverage.

Life Insurance:
After 90 days of continuous service (30+ hours per week)
as a TECHEAD employee you will be eligible to participate in our life insurance
plan. The plan provides coverage of up to $25,000. See your TECHEAD representative
for details.

Referral Bonus:
Employees who refer candidates to TECHEAD can be eligible
for referral bonuses. Referred candidates must work a minimum of 1 month or
160 hours, and employees will be eligible for a referral bonus. See your TECHEAD
representative for details.

401K Plan:
We are pleased to offer our employees the opportunity
to participate in our 401(k) plan. Through salary deferrals, employees will
be able to put aside a portion of their weekly paychecks into their 401(k)
account. Participation is voluntary, and employees may enter the program during
any of the four open enrollment periods each year.

Profit Sharing:
After working 1,000 hours within a calendar year, you
will be eligible to begin participating in our profit sharing plan. This is
a vested plan and you must stay active (at least 1,000 hours per year after
the first year) for at least 3 years to begin vesting in the plan.

This document does not replace or take precedence over any other documents including Desktop Service Center, Inc.’s (T/A TECHEAD) Non-Compete, Non-Disclosure Agreement, or any other documents that may have been previously read or signed by any employee.
