Directions to TECHEAD - Richmond, VA

TECHEAD is located at 111 North 17th Street, on the block between Franklin and Grace Streets. We are near the corner of Main and 17th Streets, one block north of the Farmer's Market on the opposite side of the street.

From I 64 East

1. In Richmond, I 95 and I 64 merge together for several miles.
2. Stay on I 95 S where they separate.
3. Follow directions for I 95 South

From I 95 South

1. Stay on I 95 S where they separate.
2. From I 95 S take Franklin Street Exit 74 B.
3. There is a light as you come off the ramp. Turn left at the light, then turn right immediately.
4. At the next light, turn left. This puts you on Main Street.
5. At the next light (about a block down) turn left. This is 17th Street.
6. TECHEAD is on the right in the middle of the second block.

Parking is available all day in the lot across the street for $3.00.

From I 95 North

1. Take the Broad Street Exit, Exit 74 C.
2. Take the right fork coming off the ramp, Broad St. East, to Oliver Hill Way.
3. You'll go south on Oliver Hill Way (it's a one way street).
4. Stay on Oliver Hill Way. You will come to a traffic light.
5. This is Broad Street. There is an Exxon station at 17th and Broad.
6. Cross Broad Street. The next cross street is Grace Street: You may only turn right or left at this point.
7. Turn right onto Grace Street. Then turn immediately left into the parking lot.
8. TECHEAD is right across the street from the parking lot on 17th Street.

Parking is available all day in the lot for $3.00 You should bring dollar bills or change for the honor box. Please do not park in the lot between TECHEAD and Weiman's Bakery. It is a private lot and you may be towed.

TECHEAD is located at 212 S. Tryon Street, Suite 1680.

From I 277

1. Start out going Northeast on S Tryon Street toward E 4TH Street.
2. Turn Right onto E 5th Street.
3. Merge onto US-74 E toward NC-27.
4. Turn slight left onto Idlewild Road.
5. Turn left onto Cedarwild Road.
6. Turn right onto Elm Forest Drive.

The most convenient place to park is at the parking deck at 207 S. Church. It is the first deck on the left as soon as you cross over 4th Street. As you pull into the deck, you will see the rear entrance to the building. It is pay to park, but is much easier than finding an available parking place on the street.

TECHEAD is located at 3200 Beechleaf Court, Suite 100.

From I 40 Durham - Chapel Hill - RDU Airport

1. Take I-40 East toward Raleigh, take Wade Ave. exit, then take Hwy.
2. 64 East-Rocky Mt. (You are now on I-440)
3. Take exit #11A to US 1 & Capital Blvd.
4. At the first stoplight take a left onto Highwoods Blvd.
5. Go to the 4th left onto Beechleaf Ct.
6. The Tower One Building is on your left.
7. Turn into the first parking deck on the left and visitor parking is marked.
8. Techead is in suite 100.

From I-40 East, Benson - Wilmington:

1. Take the I-440 exit #11B (US 1 North & Capital Blvd.)
2. Turn right onto Capital & get into the far left lane.
3. At the first stoplight take a left onto Highwoods Blvd.
4. Go to the 4th left onto Beechleaf Ct.
5. The Tower One Building is on your left.
6. Turn into the first parking deck on the left and visitor parking is marked. 

From Hwy 64 - Knightdale:

1. Take 64 west to the I-440 beltline exchange.
2. Head North on 440 to the US1 / Capital Blvd. exit going North.
3. Take the first left at the light onto Highwoods Blvd. (Watkins Florist will be on the corner)
4. Take the fourth left onto Beechleaf Ct. Tower one is on the left. 5.
5. Turn into the first parking deck on the left and visitor parking is marked.

From Downtown Raleigh:

1. Take Downtown Blvd. which turns into Capital Blvd. going North.
2. Cross over I-440 and take a left at first stoplight onto Highwoods Blvd.
3. Go to the 4th left onto Beechleaf Ct. (The Tower One Building is on the left.)
4. Turn into the first parking deck and visitor parking is marked.
