Contract

With TECHEAD, you can hire a contract or temporary employee for any length of time to suit your needs. With only a four hour minimum, TECHEAD can provide the short term assistance to get you through a busy period. TECHEAD can also supply you with long term staff augmentation for those big projects that your busy staff just can't manage!

Contract to Hire

With TECHEAD, you have several contract to hire options. Our standard contract to hire time is six months; after that, your company can hire the associate with no additional fee! If you are interested in bringing the employee on before the six month mark, TECHEAD's normal 20% of annual salary hiring fee will be discounted according to the length of time the associate has been there. For example, if you choose to hire an associate after three months, or half of the normal contract period, your fee will be 10% of the annual salary. Contact your TECHEAD representative for accurate, to-the-day liquidation fees.

Direct Hire

TECHEAD also provides the option of hiring an exceptional employee directly with your company with a one time, guaranteed fee. TECHEAD's direct hire fee is 20% of the employee's starting annual salary. For instance, if you offer an associate $40,000 per year as a starting salary, TECHEAD's one time fee would be $8,000. We guarantee our placement for 90 calendar days with the following refund policy:

TECHEAD's refund policy is only valid if the fee is paid within 10 days of employee's start date.

Contractor with Equipment

What happens if you need help but don't have the equipment to support another person? TECHEAD can offer you the unique option of hiring a contractor AND the equipment. Whether you need a ColdFusion developer or a graphic designer to work in InDesign, TECHEAD can provide you with all of the pieces. What a great way to try out that new piece of software you've been considering—hire a contractor with the expertise and see the package in action before you make the commitment! On and Off Site Assistance

There may be times when you have a need and have neither the space nor equipment available for another person. TECHEAD can provide you with a resource that will work offsite, either at our location or at his or her home office, that will be in constant communication with you to ensure your job is done properly. You can even see resumes and interview candidates to make sure you find exactly who you are looking for. This is a great option for large and small offices alike!
