Terms and Conditions

Clients who do not already have a valid credit card number on file with us will be contacted by a training coordinator. We require a credit card number on file to complete your booking.

ALL cancellations or reschedules must be received in writing, either by fax (804-782-2033) or by email (training@techead.com). You may reschedule or cancel without penalty if you give us more than 5 business days notice. If you cancel within 5 business days of your class, or fail to show up on the day of class, you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for the full class fee. You may reschedule within 5 business days of class for a $50 fee. Confirmations of cancellations and reschedules will be emailed to the student.
