Job Description:
Help Desk Technician
Contract: 3 Months
On-site 100%
US Citizen Only
Requirements:
- 10 years of Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, and Access experience
- Understand Windows operating systems and troubleshoot error messages.
- Answer help desk calls, and enter and route tickets.
- Successfully communicate instructional information over the phone and be able to de-escalate a frustrated user.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with co-workers.
- Possess 10 years of experience with basic networking skills with an understanding of iPhones, mobile computers, programming radios, etc.
- Ability to multitask several problems and possess the capability to determine what takes priority.
