Job Description:
Administrative Assistant/Operations Specialist

~ On-Site work required

~ Indianapolis, IN 

~ Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

~ Long-term position

Permanent residents only, C2C is not considered.

Duties and Responsibilities: Billing, Orders, Paperwork

  • Work on billing & paperwork for customers/clients 
  • Communicate with clients/vendors 
  • Maintaining professional relations with various personnel vendors, recruiters, etc. 
  • Assist/Support Satellite Offices as needed
  • Review Personnel vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Provide Accounting the proper PO’s for payment
  • Assist with ISO responsibilities, such as backup auditor, monthly QAC meeting updates
  • Support other Satellite Locations involving general needs pursuant to job description and/or at manager request.
  • Other office duties as assigned by manager 


  • 2 years of experience working in an office environment 
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail 
  • Skilled using Microsoft Office Products 
  • Experience with billing and purchase orders is a plus 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
