Job Description:

The System Administrator will provide critical technical support for the Intelligence Community, ensuring the smooth operation and security of mission-critical systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage and maintain system infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and systems
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation for technical processes and procedures
• Training: Provide guidance and training to junior staff

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance
• Minimum 16 years of experience in system administration or a related field
• DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 certification
• Strong understanding of Linux (RHEL), Windows Server, and virtualization technologies
• Experience with network devices (Cisco, Juniper) and monitoring tools (MicroFocus, OpenText, HP)
• Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DIACP compliance
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle databases and VCenter
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with automation tools
