Job Description:

As a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and efficiency of wireless communication systems. You will analyze and assess sensors and antennas, design optimal configurations, and ensure the integrity of RF spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• RF Cascade Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of RF systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Recommend improvements and design modifications to enhance performance.
• RF Spectrum Design: Digitally test and validate RF spectrum designs to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and system specifications.
• RF Analysis: Utilize MATLAB or similar RF analysis software to conduct comprehensive analysis of communication systems and signal processing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience in installation testing/analysis at various naval bases
• Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in design, development, production, and/or testing of electronic, electro-mechanical, and/or hydro-electronic equipment
• Secret DOD Security Clearance is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with RF measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators)
• Knowledge of RF propagation models and antenna theory
• Familiarity with wireless communication standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
