Job Description:

Lead Technology Architect | 20921

Duration: 4-6 Months with potential to convert to a regular, full-time employee

Location: New York (hybrid)

Our Fortune 500 client provides critical products and services that supports aging individuals and their families.

As a Lead Technology Architect you will shape our tech roadmap, focusing on website, API strategy, CRM, cloud infrastructure, data warehousing, and A/B testing frameworks for B2C and B2B2C clients.  Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers and hands-on problem solvers, skilled in creating efficient, scalable processes.

Responsibilities:

• Technology Roadmap: Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap, covering architecture, talent planning, CMS strategy, and data warehouse solutions.
• Scalable Architecture: Build a flexible, modular system that adapts to changing business needs.
• Website & SEO: Develop a mobile-first, SEO-optimized website framework with support for A/B testing.
• CRM & Data Strategy: Rearchitect CRM for scalability, reduce dependencies, and implement data warehousing.
• API Strategy & New Tools: Define API strategies, and architect platforms for assessments, advisory tools, and data entry.
• Team Development: Assess and upskill the team as needed.
• DevSecOps & ML: Improve hosting and deployment processes, and implement machine learning solutions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in technology architecture, with expertise in web, mobile, API, and data platforms.
• Full-stack development (e.g., Node.js, MongoDB, React, SQL) and 8+ years of SEO experience.
• 4+ years in CRM, and experience in senior care preferred.
• Proven track record in web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), CRM and data strategies, and AI/ML solutions.

Preferred:

• Experience in entrepreneurial environments, UX, design, and additional CRM expertise
