Job Description:

Senior Systems Engineer

Location: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ (On-Site)

Clearance: TS

Experience: 9+ years (20+ years target) in systems engineering, requirements definition, operational and network architecture development, software development, and military product, experimentation, and exercise support.

Education: BS in Computer Science.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lab and field-based integration and testing, including System of Systems Risk Reduction for Capability Sets.
• Support field experiments and assessments, Limited User Tests (LUTs), and Operational Tests during Network Integration Evaluations.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in data collection, reduction, and analysis.
• Develop data models for assessing tactical networks and capability sets for the Army.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in systems engineering, requirements definition, and architecture development.
• Proficiency in software development.
• Demonstrated experience supporting military product development, experimentation, and exercises.
• Expertise in lab and field-based integration and testing, including System of Systems Risk Reduction.
• Deep understanding of data collection, reduction, analysis, and data model development.
• Familiarity with Network Integration Evaluations, LUTs, and Operational Tests.
