Job Description:

Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD (On-Site)

Clearance: TS/SCI

Experience: 9+ years (15+ years target) providing technical support to projects encompassing infrastructure, virtualization, vendor product integration and testing, automation, scripting (PowerShell and Bash), network configuration, vulnerability assessment/resolution, and DevOps.

Education: BS in Information Systems Management.

Certifications: CompTIA Security+

Responsibilities:

• Support projects related to infrastructure, virtualization, integration and testing of vendor products, automation, scripting, network configuration, vulnerability assessment and resolution, and DevOps.
• Perform tasks across Information Assurance, Server Administration, Network Administration, Virtualization, Scripting, Automation, and Application/Desktop support.
• Provide lab support, including installation and configuration of Dell servers, NetApp storage appliances, VMware ESXi, vCenter Orchestrator, vCenter Server, and script creation.
• Configure and maintain network hardware, software, and systems, including Cisco Call Manager, Vocality systems, Cisco/Dell switches, Cisco/Juniper Firewalls, Performance Enhancing Proxies, Polycom/Tandberg VTCs, and cryptographic equipment (KG175s/KG250s).

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and test vendor products.
• Expertise in automation and scripting (PowerShell and Bash).
• Strong understanding of network configuration, vulnerability assessment, and resolution.
• Experience with Information Assurance, Server/Network Administration, and Application/Desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with Dell servers, NetApp storage, VMware products, and various network hardware/software systems.
