Job Description:

Tier III O&M Network Engineer (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly)

Provide Tier III O&M support for enterprise WAN/LAN routing and boundary protection across multiple classifications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and implementing routing updates on Juniper and Cisco routers; managing Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Forcepoint firewalls; implementing firewall rules; developing proxy policies; troubleshooting web connectivity; and collaborating with IT staff.

Requirements:

• 16 years of combined experience/education (HS diploma + 16 yrs, Associates + 14 yrs, Bachelors + 12 yrs, Masters + 10 yrs, Doctorate + 8 yrs).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Forcepoint appliances.
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting Juniper and Cisco routers/switches.
• Experience with OSPF, BGP, VPNs, VRFs, MPLS.
• Knowledge of boundary protection best practices, routing, switching, IP subnetting, NAT, and security technologies.
• Ability to engineer/modify rulesets and develop schematics/documentation.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM products.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Desired: PMP Certification.
