Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and project financial data.
• Prepare variance reports and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for month-end liabilities and reporting.
• Implement and enforce internal controls and financial procedures.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and internal financial departments.
• Utilize Excel and other financial tools to analyze and present complex data.
• Lead periodic meetings to review project financials and progress.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Maintain high ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Synthesize diverse financial, technical, and scheduling information for decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Power Query, or other financial tools is a plus.

Project Scope:

• Provide cost control and financial support for capital projects.

Experience & Education:

• 5+ years of experience in cost or budget analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
