Job Description:

Sr. Software Engineer

Contract: 3 Months
Hybrid: 2 days a week
Local Candidates Only – New York, NY

Techead has partnered with an insurance client to help them hire a Sr. Software Engineer for a contract project.  In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a large-scale, high impact software project.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant portion in a senior or leadership role.
• Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in multiple programming languages, including :
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
  • Next.js
  • Flutter
  • React Native
  • Swift
• Deep understanding of high-performance database design and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience building real-time video telecommunication applications.
• Experience building and managing B2B APIs.
• Experience building B2B portals with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
• Experience with transaction systems utilizing asynchronous queues.
• Experience building and deploying iOS and Android applications with a history of achieving high user ratings (4.5+).
• Experience integrating with eCommerce platforms such as Adyen or other
• 2+ years of experience in Senior Living Industry
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
