Job Description:
SAP Supply Chain Specialist
Contract: 1 Year
REMOTE
Richmond, VA
No C2C Candidates
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders, delivery notes, pro forma invoices, final invoices, and credit memos within SAP.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, finance departments, and shipping/receiving personnel, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform financial reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records by reconciling finances with shipping records.
- Utilize SAP to issue credit memos and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels using trackers in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of experience
- Proven experience working with SAP, specifically in sales orders, delivery notes, pro forma invoices, final invoices, credit memos, and financial reconciliation. Strong background in shipping and receiving processes, including logistics, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and carriers.
- Solid understanding of finance principles and the ability to navigate in SAP to issue credit memos and reconcile finances with shipping records.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
