Panama City, FL

We’re looking for a Computer Systems Analyst to provide on-site technical support in Panama City, FL.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our users, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from configuring workstations and troubleshooting hardware/software issues to managing user accounts and providing VTC support on NIPR/SIPR networks. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining system security and collaborating with our Advanced Services teams.

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service as the primary contact for Helpdesk inquiries.

• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and servers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

• Manage user and computer accounts.

• Perform security scans and scheduled maintenance.

• Offer basic Video Tele-Conference (VTC) support.

• Collaborate with Advanced Services teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.

What you’ll bring:

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).

• Active Secret Clearance.

• 1-3 years of technical support experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• A commitment to quality customer service and teamwork.

• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
