Job Description:

Contract Administrator

Contract: 6 Months with extension
Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Local Candidates Only
Richmond, VA
Some travel to North Anna and Surry
Pay Rate: $45/hr

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years experience.
• Extensive knowledge of contract (Construction) management and administration.
• Strong ability to interpret legal contracts and negotiations.
• Familiar with Supply Chain Management.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of technical aspects of industry.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities, resources and time.
• Proficient personal computer skills and understanding of software applications.
• Skills: organization; attention to detail; interpersonal; motivation.
