Job Description:
Help Desk Support Analyst

Contract – 6 months

On-site

Techead is seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Analyst for a local Stamford, CT client.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee local Help Desk work
  • Present status, progress, and issues with the Service Desk Manager to maintain enterprise visibility
  • Monitor ticket and call queues to ensure tickets are worked and resolved in accordance with SLAs
  • Drive process and technical efficiency across the location.  Manage multiply improvement projects.
  • Identify trends to recommend improvement opportunities for automation and/or training
  • Track ticket and incident-related metrics and SLAs
  • Point of contact for escalations for system outages or difficult tickets.
  • Apply industry best practices to ensure consistent, repeatable, and high quality service desk support

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of IT experience, with 3+ years of management experience working in a high-uptime Customer Service focused environment
  • Knowledgeable in Windows, laptop and desktop troubleshooting and support.
  • Possess experience in conference room technologies and support including Teams, Polycom and/or Barco.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex IT environments
  • Passion for building new processes and improving existing ones
