TECHEAD is currently seeking a Software Client Success Representative to join the team of an exciting startup here in town!

We need someone who is a problem solver, has great attention to detail and loves to work with clients to help ensure their needs are met.
This job comes with a mixture of responsibilities which will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing customer technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Account management
- Customer success, training, and onboarding
- Collaborating with the management team to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Collaborating with the developers on building out and testing new product features
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- And much more!
We are looking for someone with:
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- 1-3 years supporting and troubleshooting client software issues
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and pivot to new tasks quickly
- The ability to learn, self-regulate, and solve problems on your own!
Sales and presentation experience would be a big plus!
Real Estate experience would be an even bigger plus!
This is a position that requires you to work IN the office (so long as COVID regulations don’t change again).
