Job Description:

TECHEAD is currently seeking a Software Client Success Representative to join the team of an exciting startup here in town! 

Do you want to be a part of the growth and development of a newer company?  Do you want to work right next to the CEO and have direct exposure to everything the company does? This is a great opportunity for the right person!

We need someone who is a problem solver, has great attention to detail and loves to work with clients to help ensure their needs are met. 

This job comes with a mixture of responsibilities which will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing customer technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Account management
  • Customer success, training, and onboarding
  • Collaborating with the management team to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Collaborating with the developers on building out and testing new product features
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • And much more!   

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years supporting and troubleshooting client software issues
  • Fantastic oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and pivot to new tasks quickly
  • The ability to learn, self-regulate, and solve problems on your own!

Sales and presentation experience would be a big plus!

Real Estate experience would be an even bigger plus!

This is a position that requires you to work IN the office (so long as COVID regulations don’t change again).
