Job Description:

Solutions Manager – Direct Hire

Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday /Thursday,

Remote – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Local candidates highly desired

COVID Vaccinations required. (Masks are required to be worn in all common areas)

Techead is seeking a solid and experienced Technical Solutions Manager to work and support a local Richmond, VA Client. 

Required:

  • Strong knowledge base of CRM Databases, Client Facing Web Applications, and IVR Systems
  • 5 years of solid experience leading, guiding, and a willingness to dive into the systems and customer business teams to find the solutions needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across the business to find solutions and alternatives to business challenges (including global opportunities).
  • Determine systems and operational solutions that can be leveraged to meet business requirements.
  • Engage and build solid cross-functional relationships with the business.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support proposed solutions.
  • Communicate updates and progress to all stakeholders.
  • Possess solid Project Management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent Communications Skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Possess the willingness to learn company technology (CRM database, Consumer-facing web applications and IVR systems), and become a subject matter expert and advocate.
