Job Description:

 

TECHEAD is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage our client’s daily warehouse operations in Louisville, CO.  They will be responsible for the following: facility management, warehouse and delivery operations, fleet management, asset management, quality processes, staff management and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be organized with a strong background in shipping/receiving.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  
  • Shipping / Receiving: responsible for the oversight and execution of receiving and shipping product that enters the warehouse.
  •  
  • Customer Asset Management: responsible for and execution of recording serial numbers and asset tagging (using each customer’s asset tags) of all computer systems processed through the warehouse as requires by customers contract.
  •  
  • Inventory and Asset Management: responsible for tracking, safeguarding and accurately accounting for all company and client inventory and assets, including physical counts and discrepancy reporting.
  •  
  • Facilities Management: responsible for maintenance and security of the warehouse.
  •  
  • Fleet Management: responsible for all assigned vehicles, including maintenance, cleanliness and mileage records.
  •  
  • Troubleshooting: Responsible for proactively identifying and correction errors and issues that arise throughout the facility.
  •  
  • Coordination: Responsible for coordinating and prioritizing warehouse duties with management, appropriate sales representatives, and other personnel.
  •  
  • Staff Management: Responsible for tactical scheduling, assignment, and supervision of warehouse staff. Also provide oversight of other contract-related staff as specified by management.
  •  
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Responsible for the proper care and filing of warehouse paperwork, such as shipping manifests, packing slips, and bills of lading. Responsible for tracking and reporting on satellite-branch performance and process compliance.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Certification or experience driving a fork lift

Years of Experience

  •  
  • Minimum 3 years of shipping, receiving, and inventory management experience.
  •  
  • Minimum 3 years of operations management and supervisory experience. 
  •  

Knowledge / Training and Certifications

  •  
  • Advanced Oracle training required (client provides training).
  •  
  • ISO / Quality Certifications and Educational helpful.
  •  
  • Commercial driver license and/or forklift certification a plus.
  •  
  • Valid driver’s license required (if applicable to position).
  •  
  • High school diploma / GED required. 
  •
