Contract-to-Hire

With contract-to-hire, the advantage to our customers is that they do not have to make a long-term job obligation until our consultant has worked on the job for an extended period of time and they are confident that this position is the right fit.

Direct-Hire

Direct-hire positions are permanent, full-time positions that often come with benefits. Most companies realize the benefit to using an agency to find additional candidates in their search. When an offer is made to the candidate, the candidate becomes an employee of the client and on their payroll, not with TECHEAD.
