Job Description:

Business Analyst


100% Remote

1 Year Contract

No C2C!!!!!!

This project aims to implement a new Quality Document Management System to modernize and migrate from existing on-prem solution to a new SaaS solution (SinglePoint). The Business Analyst will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, writing user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, writing test case, organizing UAT activities, cutover and migration planning, and helping to ensure successful delivery. Our approach will leverage Agile SCRUM methodology. We’ll manage the project using Azure DevOps as our SCRUM tool for Epics, Features, User Stories, and Test Plans, while also following our System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and implemented. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
