Job Description:
Job Title: Unified Communications Manager – IT (Direct Hire)
Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned IT leader to manage and evolve our enterprise communication systems supporting clinical operations. This role oversees mobile technology platforms, communication tools, and video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless integration with clinical workflows and IT infrastructure. The manager will align system-wide communication strategies with operational goals, lead technical teams, and collaborate across departments to enhance communication effectiveness in patient care settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategy and operations for mobile communication tools and collaboration platforms across the organization.

Lead and manage teams overseeing mobile device management, video conferencing, and telehealth technologies.

Partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to optimize communication workflows and align with broader strategic goals.

Establish governance frameworks to guide decision-making and engage stakeholders in program development.

Use analytics to monitor platform usage, identify gaps, and support data-informed improvements.

Maintain relationships with vendors to stay ahead of emerging technologies and ensure continuous platform advancement.

Champion equity, inclusion, and safety through leadership practices and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications:

Education:
-
Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred: Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications.

Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience in clinical or healthcare IT environments strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in implementing and managing enterprise communication platforms.
