Jumpstart Your IT Career as a Junior End-Device Technician!
Are you a tech enthusiast ready to dive into the world of IT? We’re looking for a Junior End-Device Technician to join our energetic team supporting the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-user device management, working with everything from desktops and laptops to mobile devices and peripherals.
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, installing, configuring, and deploying new devices, and providing essential first-line support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues for our users. You’ll also be crucial in maintaining accurate inventory and documenting your work in our ticketing system. Beyond daily tasks, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with senior IT staff on exciting projects, expanding your skills and knowledge!
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.

Holds a CompTIA Security+ certification and DoD Secret Clearance

Has 0-2 years of IT support experience.

Possesses a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and mobile platforms.

Is a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
