You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement best practices, optimize performance, and drive forward initiatives related to smart cities, digital equity, and future-ready infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, and support fiber and wireless network components to support smart city initiatives and equitable access.
- Oversee full lifecycle network operations: planning, provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and support core and access network elements in a service provider or municipal ISP environment.
- Maintain and optimize transport networks, routing infrastructure, and active components.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless gear, and optical transport equipment.

- At least 4 years of progressive network engineering experience, with 2+ years supporting service provider or ISP-grade networks.
- Strong hands-on experience with core networking protocols and concepts, including BGP, OSPF, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, and ACLs.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting routers, switches, firewalls, and fiber transport equipment.
- Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
