Job Description:
Systems Engineer (HAIPE Expertise)
We’re looking for a highly experienced Systems Engineer with specialized expertise in High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) devices to support large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
Responsibilities

Manage and derive system requirements to align with defined system architectures (e.g., DoDAF, SOA).

Develop and allocate requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.

Drive design and implementation of new capabilities as part of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Resolve cross-discipline technical issues arising from Configuration Control Boards (CCB), reviews, and testing.

Generate architectural concepts, design solutions, and system verification plans.

Define and implement security requirements for Information Assurance (IA) services and mechanisms (e.g., encryption, access control).

Create and maintain core system engineering documentation (e.g., SEP, ICDs, Requirements Specifications).
Requirements
-
Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant systems engineering experience in large DoD programs.

Clearance: Current TS/SCI with Polygraph is mandatory.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Specialized Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience with HAIPE devices, including configuration, keying, testing, and maintenance.

Familiarity with DoDAF and Secure Network Design/Operations is highly preferred.
