Job Description:
Systems Integration Specialist (Full Scope Poly Clearance Required)
This position is for a highly skilled and cleared Systems Integration Specialist in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, responsible for the full lifecycle integration, testing, and validation of complex operational systems, including hardware and software components. This role requires significant expertise in signals intelligence (SIGINT) environments and demands a high level of technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Installation and Validation: Installs, tests, and validates operational equipment and software according to specified installation standards, manufacturer’s guidance, and safety codes.

System Maintenance and Expertise: Maintains a broad, in-depth knowledge of the entire system architecture, components, and operational environment.

Lead Technical Support: Acts as a lead technician for program production activities, guiding integration efforts and ensuring technical compliance.

Integration & Testing Strategy: Develops the overall integration and test strategy, including the scheduling of test plans and the creation of detailed test scripts.

Hands-on Integration: Performs all aspects of system integration and testing, which includes:

Installing hardware in racks.

Labeling and running cables.

Building the system to drawing package specifications.

Performing quality assurance checks.

Loading operating systems and applications.

Performing all levels of system testing.

Required Qualifications
Clearance & Experience
-
Security Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP). This is a mandatory requirement.

General Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of experience in integrating complex systems utilizing multiple operating systems.

SIGINT Experience: At least three (3) years of direct experience working with an intelligence community or signals intelligence (SIGINT) activity.
