You are responsible for the holistic planning, execution, and delivery of integrated systems that protect critical infrastructure. Overseeing a diverse portfolio—including access control, video surveillance, and perimeter protection—you will ensure every project meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance, budgetary precision, and technical excellence.
Your Mission & Responsibilities
In this high-impact leadership role, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and operational execution:
-
Program Leadership: Direct the lifecycle of multiple IESS projects from initial concept through final acceptance, ensuring seamless integration across all security tiers.
-
Stakeholder Management: Act as the principal liaison for federal clients, subcontractors, and internal executive teams to ensure alignment on vision and delivery.
-
Strategic Oversight: Develop and monitor critical program health indicators, including complex schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics.
-
Technical Integration: Spearhead system design reviews and coordinate cross-functional experts in engineering, IT, and cybersecurity to ensure robust, “hardened” security solutions.
-
Vendor & Subcontractor Governance: Define scopes of work and hold vendors accountable to rigorous performance and quality standards.
-
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks or resource constraints, implementing agile solutions to keep programs on track.
-
Business Growth: Support the transition from contract award to execution by contributing to cost estimations and proposal development.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned leader who combines technical depth with superior project management discipline.
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or Security Management (equivalent professional experience considered).
-
Certification: Active PMP or PgMP certification.
-
Experience: 8+ years of proven success managing large-scale electronic security programs.
-
Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of:
-
Access Control (ACS) & Intrusion Detection (IDS)
-
Video Management Systems (VMS) & CCTV
-
Perimeter Security Technologies
-
-
Government Standards: Expert-level understanding of FAR, DoD procurement policies, and government drawing standards for IESS projects.
-
Leadership: A track record of managing multi-site programs and leading multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal.
-
Security: Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
