3-month, Contract-To-Hire

As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will drive strategic change initiatives that enhance our ability to deliver premier services and technical capabilities. In this role, you will lead high-impact projects focused on Information Technology transformation. You will manage complex initiatives that span multiple departments and technology stacks, requiring a versatile blend of technical literacy and project management expertise.
Core Responsibilities

Methodology Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles using established frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall/SDLC, or Lean).

Team Mobilization: Lead and inspire collaborative teams to conduct deep-dive research and analysis, quantifying business opportunities to develop formal recommendations for executive leadership.

Project Governance: Utilize standard PM tools to rigorously manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality standards, and vendor relationships.

Strategic Integration: Partner with PMO colleagues to align individual project tracks with broader organizational roadmaps, ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams.

Financial Stewardship: Perform comprehensive Cost-Benefit Analyses, validating financial assumptions and resource requirements with key stakeholders and business owners.

Executive Communication: Deliver clear, high-level project status updates and presentations to senior leadership and department heads.
Candidate Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and lead customer-centric projects across different organizational silos.

Organizational Excellence: Superior planning and execution skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a comfort level in formal presentation settings.

Scope Development: Practical experience collaborating with business units to gather requirements and define project scope.

Drive for Results: A self-starter capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem Solving: Advanced analytical skills with a focus on solving complex business challenges.
Preferred Skills & Certifications

Background in managing large-scale IT migrations or enterprise-wide business transformations.

Professional certification such as PMP or CAPM.

Technical proficiency in MS Project, Visio, or comparable project mapping and scheduling software.
