About the Role
We are seeking an enterprise sales professional to develop new business and grow revenue across a portfolio of K-12 school districts. In this quota-carrying role, you will lead complex, consultative sales cycles, build a disciplined pipeline, develop multiyear account strategies, and influence executive stakeholders to close new business and expansion opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Drive Growth: Own new business development and expansion within a portfolio of K-12 school districts.

Lead Complex Sales: Navigate consultative sales engagements from discovery through close, including stakeholder mapping, proposal development, and negotiation.

Manage Pipeline: Build and maintain a strategic sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals with accurate forecasting and CRM rigor.

Strategize: Develop and execute multiyear account strategies aligned with district priorities and decision-maker needs.

Present to Executives: Deliver data-driven presentations and executive briefings to school boards, superintendents, and leadership teams.

Tell Value Stories: Translate complex data and analytics into clear, compelling narratives that guide decisions and earn commitment.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with consulting, research, and client experience teams to ensure strong delivery, retention, and long-term partnership success.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Domain Expertise: 3+ years of sales experience within the K-12 education sector (or direct professional experience working within K-12 school systems).

Deal Mechanics: Experience leading complex, consultative, or enterprise-level sales cycles.

Leadership Presence: Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.

Sales Discipline: Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and CRM proficiency.

Communication: Excellent written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
