Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior-level PowerBuilder Developer to support a multi-phase system modernization project for a large-scale public sector revenue agency. This role involves maintaining existing legacy architectures while developing critical interfaces between current systems and a new enterprise tax management platform.

The successful candidate will ensure system continuity and data integrity across four major implementation rollouts, working under the direction of agency management in a collaborative, multi-disciplined environment.

Required Skills & Experience

PowerBuilder Development: Hands-on experience developing applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher. 7 Years
Relational Databases: Proficiency with Oracle 19c (or higher), MySQL, or similar RDBMS. 7 Years
Clean Code Design: Proven ability to design and develop clear, maintainable code for complex systems. 7 Years
ALM Tools: Experience using Azure DevOps (Team Foundation Server) for version control and lifecycle management. 5 Years
Agile Methodology: Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum project management frameworks. 2 Years
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to coordinate with developers, leads, and analysts. 2 Years
Soft Skills: Result-driven mindset with high attention to detail; ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 2 Years
