Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior-level PowerBuilder Developer to support a multi-phase system modernization project for a large-scale public sector revenue agency. This role involves maintaining existing legacy architectures while developing critical interfaces between current systems and a new enterprise tax management platform.

The successful candidate will ensure system continuity and data integrity across four major implementation rollouts, working under the direction of agency management in a collaborative, multi-disciplined environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis, support, and maintenance for legacy enterprise applications.

• Develop and implement complex system interfaces to bridge legacy and modern platforms during a multi-year transition.

• Participate in detailed design and architectural discussions to support PowerBuilder applications.

• Facilitate customer requirement sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Collaborate within an Agile team to ensure the accuracy and stability of mission-critical revenue processing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Highly Desired Skills

• Revenue System Domain Knowledge: Technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining tax processing or revenue management systems (7+ Years preferred).

• Functional System Knowledge: Direct experience or deep functional knowledge of large-scale integrated revenue management architectures.
