Engineering & Maintenance
-
Advanced Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and signal-flow issues (IP addressing, VLANs, and QoS).
-
Sustainment: Perform preventive maintenance, manage hardware inventory, and coordinate complex equipment replacements or RMAs.
-

Qualifications
Required Technical Skills:
-
Experience: 5+ years supporting enterprise-grade VTC or professional Audiovisual (AV) systems.

-
Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service and the ability to remain calm under pressure during live high-profile events.
Preferred High-Impact Qualifications:
-
Prior experience with secure conference room build-outs (SCIF/Classified environments).
