Job Description:
TECHEAD is currently seeking a Deployment Specialist for one of our top National IT clients here in Richmond! If you are used to working in a fast-paced environment and have an interest in breaking into the IT field, this is the perfect entry-level role for you! 

Hours: 8-5 
– Fully onsite work

Duties and responsibilities

• Track & monitor projects (task, scheduling, communication, misc. coordination, etc.)
• Ensure thorough communication to all involved project members.
• Track all incoming product shipments, receipt in the warehouse, to end-user delivery.
• Ensure that all data is captured and reconciled. If disparities exist, escalate immediately to manager or supplier as necessary.
• Participate in asset tagging and verify each asset is appropriately recorded and the tags are correct.
• Process customer equipment (unboxing, tagging, imaging, enrolling, cart weaving, other services as required by the customer’s Statements of Work and management)
• Service and resolve customer escalations as required.
• Comply with processes & procedures and make recommendations for enhancements as needed.
• Onsite delivery to customer sites including but not limited to Public Schools and Colleges. (hours may vary)
• Negotiate additional resources from managers to assembled required team members required for project success.
• Additional tasks as deemed necessary by manager to meet business requirements.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office 97/2000 (Excel/Word/Visio/Access/PowerPoint/Outlook), G-Suite (Sheets/Docs/Slides/Drive) preferred 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in administration.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Deployment experience is preferred.
• Must be 21 and have a valid driver’s license (clean driving record) 
• High school diploma / GED required; college preferred
