Contract: 1 Year
Hybrid: 3 Days onsite Richmond, VA

Top Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly Angular or React, along with back-end experience in Java.
• Collaborate closely with Business System Analysts, IT teams, and testing staff to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly Angular or React, along with back-end experience in Java.
• Collaborate closely with Business System Analysts, IT teams, and testing staff to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Implementing feature requests, bug fixes, and performance improvements across all systems – 5 Years Experience Required
• Leverage Angular for front-end modifications and REST API (Java equivalent) expertise for back-end service integration – 5 Years Experience Required
• Database Proficiency: with SQL development, including writing complex queries and performing basic query optimization – 5 Years Experience Required
• Full Dev Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the complete software dev lifecycle (SDLC) and modern dev methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) – 5 Years Experience Required
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows (e.g., branching, merging, pull requests)- 5 Years Experience Required
• Analyzing and safely modifying existing legacy codebases. 
• Designing and developing services to seamlessly integrate the existing and legacy applications with the new target system.
• Developing robust unit tests and collaborating closely with BSAs and QA teams 
• Ensure all application changes and the new integration adhere to technical specifications and business needs
