Job Description:
HR Onboarding Specialist 

Contract: 1 Year
Hybrid: 2 days in office (Tues/Wed) and 3 remote (Mon/Thur/Fri)
Local Candidates Only
Richmond, VA

No C2C Candidates!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with helping the team with making sure intern candidates have completed their onboarding paperwork
• Reaching out to candidates to walk them through how to logon to the system, where to find the paperwork, address questions pertaining to issues they may be having
• Coordinate with individuals on the team 
• Assisting with the actual onboarding of candidate(s) in the system; meaning processing them through, SuccessFactors, etc.

Top Required Skills

• Prior experience with Success Factors/Employee Central/SAP
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• 3-4 years’ experience strongly preferred

Top Soft Skills skill

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Facilitation/presentation skills; previous HR experience

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency
