Job Description:

Front End Developer
On-site | Stirling, VA
Contract | 2 yrs
Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) required; must be eligible for SCI and willing to undergo a CI Polygraph. (US Citizenship Required).

The Role

As a Front End Web Application Developer, you will design and deploy responsive, mission-critical UI/UX solutions within an Agile environment. You will be responsible for the full front-end lifecycle—from architectural planning and mathematical logic to debugging and cross-browser optimization.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop: Build high-performance web applications using Angular (v12+), TypeScript, and RxJS.

• Architect: Design modular front-end architectures and integrate COTS/FOSS solutions.

• Optimize: Troubleshoot asynchronous data flows and ensure high code quality and UI/UX standards.

• Collaborate: Work within SAFe/Agile frameworks to resolve complex system capabilities and program intent.

  Required Qualifications

• Technical: Professional experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.

• Systems: Proficiency in Linux/Windows environments and browser-based debugging tools.
  
  Clearance: Current TS with a valid background investigation; must complete NGA crossover and briefing.

  Education:  Bachelors of Science in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Tech Stack

• State & Styling: NGRX/NGXS, HTML5, SCSS, and ES6+.

• Testing: Selenium, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma.

• DevOps/Back-end: Java-based RESTful APIs, Microservices (Docker/Kubernetes), Jenkins, and Git/Jira.

• Data & Visualization: D3.js, Leaflet, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Hadoop ecosystems (Spark, Hive).
