Job Description:
We are seeking a Sharepoint Systems Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of custom applications and server architecture for our client. This is a “heavy-lift” technical role requiring a blend of infrastructure engineering (On-Prem/Cloud) and advanced development (Power Apps/InfoPath).
Technical Core Requirements

Infrastructure: Expert management of On-Prem servers, VMWare, SAN, MS SQL, ADFS, and WAP.

Development: Advanced creation of custom apps and automation using Power Apps, InfoPath, PowerShell, and JavaScript.

Migration: Lead transition efforts to SharePoint Online (SPO); ShareGate experience is a plus.

Security: Ensure strict alignment with DOD ZeroTrust policy and STIG/IAVA implementation.
Qualifications
-
Experience: 6+ years in SharePoint (2010+), Windows Server, and IIS.

Database/Net: 4+ years in ASP.NET and MS SQL; 3+ years in Networking (DNS, VLAN, PKI/Certificates).

Certifications: * IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE) required.

MCSE: Productivity (or equivalent modern MS cert) preferred; must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Education: BS in CS/IT (or AS + 2 years additional experience).
Key Responsibilities
-
Design and maintain SharePoint Server Architecture and SQL backends.

Develop POAMs for cloud/on-prem solutions and lead technical requirements gatherings.

Provide high-level user support, classroom training, and technical documentation.

Support monthly ASIs and emergent outages.
