Katie Seidman is Techead Federal’s Director of Business Development. She is responsible for the business development and success of our Federal Division to include day-to day sales, recruitment, account management and proposal development, as well as leading a team of Technical Recruiters within her division.

Katie is skilled in contract negotiation, teaming opportunities, proposal support, strategic planning, relationship building and staffing solutions. She joined TECHEAD in 2021, with 6 years in the Information Technology and Staffing Industry and strong background in customer support. She holds a B.A. from James Madison University.
