William Schoof is the Director of Business Development, Commercial Division at TECHEAD. He is responsible for the business development and success of our commercial division including day-to-day sales activities and strategic leadership of our account management team.  He follows a consultative approach as he closely partners with customers to provide talent acquisition solutions.

William has been working in the technology staffing and services industry for over 18 years.  He is skilled in all aspects of talent acquisition including recruiting, business development, and staffing solutions.  He is native to Richmond and joined TECHEAD in November 2023.

He possesses a B.A. from Randolph Macon College.  He lives in Richmond with his wife Sarah, daughter Sallie, and dog Redd.
