6+ Month Contract

This position is fully remote; however candidates must reside in VA, MD, TN, NC, FL, SC, TX, WV, or GA.


Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Applications Analyst with expertise in Epic’s Resolute Professional Billing module to join our dynamic team. This role involves in-depth understanding and configuration of the Epic system, particularly focusing on professional billing components such as the charge router, charge review, follow-up tasks, and SBO processes. The Senior Applications Analyst will be responsible for managing or performing tasks associated with the analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of our organization’s information technology resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Epic Resolute Professional Billing Admin system.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Epic environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets operational needs.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Epic Resolute Professional Billing module.
  • Stay updated on Epic best practices and industry trends related to professional billing.

Qualifications:

  • Epic certifications required: PB SBO Admin,  and PB Claims
  • Experience: Six to eight years of related experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous Epic experience in training, building, and/or supporting Epic systems electronic health record suite. Healthcare industry experience is desired.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
