  • Manage the ongoing evolution of the ERP post-implementation, including enhancements, user support, vendor relationships, and release management.

  • Own ERP governance, including master data management, permission structures, change control, and documentation.

Technology & Systems Leadership

  • Serve as the internal owner and strategic lead for all core business systems beyond the ERP (e.g., quoting, workforce management, CRM).

  • Evaluate and recommend future systems as needed to support growth and compliance.

  • Use technology to eliminate manual workarounds and improve visibility, accountability, and scalability.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that increase efficiency and reduce error rates.

Team & Project Management

  • Build and lead cross-functional implementation and improvement teams.

  • Manage external system integrators, vendors, and consultants.

  • Promote project transparency, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.

Change Management & Enablement

  • Develop and execute training and change management plans to ensure user adoption and ownership of new systems.

  • Define and monitor KPIs for system performance, adoption, and ROI.

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and end-users to align technology with business priorities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years in operations, IT leadership, or systems-focused roles.

  • Proven success leading major ERP implementations.

  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Service, and Order Management.

  • Experience managing cross-functional transformation projects involving technology and process redesign.
