Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Technical Instructor/Course Developer!

Are you a seasoned technical instructor and course developer with a passion for creating high-quality training solutions? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a key role in developing and delivering exceptional educational content for our customers.

This is a fully onsite role in Charleston, SC that requires an active DoD secret clearance

In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in:

• Designing and Developing Curriculum: Crafting comprehensive course curricula specifically for Low Band Universal Communications System (LBUCS) and various C4I systems.

• Creating Technical Documentation: Drafting, editing, and refining technical documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are clear, concise, and user-friendly.

• Evaluating and Enhancing Training: Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of curriculum effectiveness, ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards for LBUCS and various C4I systems or equipment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in Low Band Universal Communications Training and Curriculum Development. This includes a proven track record in drafting and conducting evaluations, assessing curriculum effectiveness, and developing technical procedures and guidelines.
