Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing advanced IT solutions within a healthcare environment. You will leverage your expertise across data center operations, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and collaboration technologies to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with on-site presence required based on operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and Innovate: Serve as the primary engineer and subject matter expert for enterprise IT solutions, providing technical leadership across data center, networking, cloud, security, and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure Business Continuity: Develop, implement, and maintain robust Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and High Availability solutions to safeguard critical systems.
• Optimize Infrastructure: Design and manage converged and hyper-converged infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Virtualization Expertise: Administer and optimize virtualization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Technology Mastery: Configure and support a diverse range of technologies from leading vendors such as Dell, Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Palo Alto, Pure Storage, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Cloud Integration: Lead the integration of public and private cloud solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
• Network Expertise: Provide expert-level support for VPN, Metro-E topology, SD-WAN, and application load balancers (Citrix and F5).
• Documentation and Mentorship: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system and network diagrams, and mentor junior engineers to foster knowledge-sharing and team growth.
• 24/7 Support: Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation to ensure the continuous availability of critical IT systems.
• Flexible Scheduling: Demonstrate a commitment to flexible scheduling to support the availability of systems for patient care.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent IT work experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and implementing complex IT solutions, with a strong preference for experience in a healthcare environment.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Must hold a current professional-level certification from a nationally recognized technology vendor (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Pure Storage, Palo Alto Networks, Oracle, Azure, AWS Cloud, etc.).
